THE SURFACE MOUNTED MODEL

Finished in a black powder coated all weather material, the surface mounted model of the Fire Department and EMS Lock Box is designed to be installed on existing vertical flat surfaces such as cement, brick, artificial stone, precast cement, cinder block, wood and metal

THE RECESSED MODEL

Finished in a black powder coated all weather material, the recessed model of Fire Department and EMS Lock Box is designed to be installed with new construction or at entrances being renovated. The box can be recessed into brick, siding or other finishing materials so it will be flush with the surrounding surface.

  • External dimensions : 7” wide by 7” high by 3.5” deep
  • (178mm x 178mm x 94mm)

 

Both boxes can be used with existing buildings and buildings under construction or undergoing renovations.
All designated Fire Department and EMS approved Lock Boxes are to be installed on the exterior of the structure at the entrance nearest the location of the annunciator or fire panel at a height approximately five feet from the finished grade level. After each approved Fire Department and EMS Lock Box has been installed it will be identified with two identifying stickers. One on the door and the other on the front lid of the Lock Box.
